Job Description :
- Identify and direct the need of training and staff development to enchance employees performance management in achieving the goals and objectives of Company.
- Design the training materials for management and employees
- Working together with training vendors if needed.
- Initiate and develop employees development programs, and monitor and evaluates the progress and results.
- Leads on workforce performance management across the Company, designing and implementing performance improvement initiatives (e.g., competency frameworks and 360-degree feedback processes)
- Design and implementation of employee engagement approaches, analysis of output and feedback to Company leaders to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor trends and data related to organisation development using workforce analytics and qualitative data analysis, reporting insights to the Management for Organisational Development and Learning as well as leadership teams across the Company, identifying
opportunities to enhance the learning and development offer
- Design and delivery of interventions to meet organisational develop needs identified in continuous improvement frameworks to improve Organization healthiness for better Company Performance.
Job Specification :
- Minimum 8 years experience in People & Development areas
- Minimum 3 years as manager
- Psychology/Management Degree from reputable University
- Had experiences working in Food or Food Catering Industries, with minimum of 2000 employees to handle
- Had extensive experiences working independently and alongside with Company Managements to drive program initiatives.
