Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operation for Export & Import activities and ensure that they are monitored, reported, and reviewed for accuracy, in accordance with applicable national laws, regulations, rules, policies and procedures
Closely monitor the progress of work orders and keep the customers informed on regular basis.
Handle technical problems that occur in the field and regulate trucking operations for loading and unloading activities.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.
Experience in dealing for cross-trade and U.S. trade lane will be added advantage.
Requirements:
Candidate possess in any Bachelor field (preferably in Transportation, Logistic/Supply Chain Management)
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent or ideally holding PPJK (Customs Brokerage) Certification
Understand and ensure the implementation of all the regulation for Export & Import
Mastering the workings of the PIB or PEB module and BC 23 reports
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with clients
Required skills: Coordination Skill, Negotiation Skill, Customer Service and Relation Management.
