Educational Background
• Bachelor's Degree: In Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced degrees can be a plus.
Experience
• Relevant Experience: Typically 3-5 years of experience in PR, social media management and KOL's specialist, or a related role.
• Experience in Supervision: Proven experience in leading or managing a team is often required.
Responsibilities
• Strategy Development: Create and execute PR and social media strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage content for social media, press releases, and other communications.
• Media Outreach: Cultivate relationships with media and influencers to secure coverage and enhance the company’s presence.
Maintaining KOLs for at least 3 endorsements per month
• Looking for events that can boost brand popularity
• Maintaining relationships with all the endorsements, event organizers, etc., we have worked with before.
• Looking for compelling proposals that can activate the brand.
• Always stay up-to-date with trends and understand how well social media performs, adjusting ads accordingly to boost the brand. 
Campaign Management: Oversee and coordinate PR and social media campaigns, including budgeting and reporting.
• Team Management: Supervise and support the PR and social media team, providing guidance and ensuring effective collaboration.
Skills and Competencies
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and creating engaging social media content.
• Media Relations: Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
• Social Media Expertise: Proficiency with major social media platforms, (Tiktok, Instagram, web) and familiarity with social media management tools.
• Crisis Management: Experience in handling crisis communication and managing a company's reputation during challenging situations.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective PR and social media strategies that align with company goals.
• Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze social media metrics and PR outcomes to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills to develop engaging content and innovative PR campaigns.
• Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Technical Skills
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PR/social media tools.
• Graphic Design: Basic skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) can be beneficial but not always mandatory.
Personal Attributes
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in writing and campaign execution.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and emerging trends in PR and social media.
