  • Team & Culture: Mentor high-performing teams, foster innovation, and restructure for scalability. 
  • Industry Innovation: Position the agency as a trendsetter through PR, branding, and cutting-edge strategies. 
    
    
  Qualifications: 
  • 7+ years leading teams in creative/digital agencies or branding firms. 
  • Proven success in scaling revenue, managing P&L, and optimizing operations. 
  • Expertise in branding, digital marketing, content, and experiential activations. 
  • Visionary leader with sharp communication skills and adaptability to trends. Strong industry networks.
