Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and experiential marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and develop creative assets to support marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to maximize brand exposure.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive customer research initiatives to gain insights into the target audience, their preferences, and purchasing behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CMO or similar role within the apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, especially within the fashion industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
