Responsibilities :
• To supervise and handle human resources & GA activity
• Supervise a HR system that effectively and efficiently, for example by creating SOP, job description, training and development system,
• Take responsibility in the process of hiring employees, ranging from the search for job candidates, up to the selection interview.
• Perform selection, promotion, demotion, transferring and employees deemed necessary.
• Conducting coaching, training and activities related to the development of capabilities, potential, mental, skills and knowledge of employees
• Responsible for matters relating to employee presence and absenteeism, and company regulations
• Building company culture and implement them
• Responsible for General Affair issue such as: maintain and manage company asset (building, cars, utilities etc) & cleaness
Requirements :
• Having experience as HRD minimum 3 years. Experience from Creative Industry is preferable
• Has good interpersonal relationship, honest, hard worker and communiction skill
