Job Summary :
- You will responsible for overseeing the operational activities of a commercial business and ensuring the workforce is prodictive.
- You will also design procedures or service level agreements and technical SKEP across functions in the business unit and also play the role of a subject matter expert when it comes to implementing technology solutions.
Job Description :
1. STRATEGIC AND PLANNING
- Provide support and assistance for Commercial General Manager and the board by providing insights and recommendations based on relevant data in order to enable them to act effectively in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans.
- Assist in the establishment and implementation of operational planning control systems that comply and align with the organization's objectives and strategies.
2. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of all standard operating procedures, service level agreements, and service level agreements across various functions within the business unit, including, but not limited to, PIP, incentive, and other sales programs.
- Conduct operational statistics analysis, report trends, variances, and issues as well as provide recommendations for stakeholders in order to maintain the operational performance of the organization.
- Establish and implement development initiatives for the sales team in order to identify skills gaps, enhance capabilities, leverage knowledge, and maintain a sales culture that focuses on delivering results.
- Conduct business processes and data analysis to identify initiatives and make recommendations for improving processes, tools, systems, and teams in order to ensure continuous improvement in overall performance and build operational excellence.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert by providing expertise, professional advice, and guidance to teams in order to embed a continuous improvement mindset throughout all activities in operations control
3. REPORTING
- Maintain data accuracy, validity, and integrity on the system in order to provide reliable information for effective decision-making.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on the achievement of retail operations, performance metrics, budget realisation, and other necessary ad-hoc reports to various levels of stakeholders in order to support business strategy development or early risk mitigation.
