Job descriptions:
Analyze sales performance data and identifies areas for improvement.
Understands how customer affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long term business performance.
Develop sales strategies to achieve company's target.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key accounts, architect, interior designer, consultant, and end user to create positive impact and business goals.
Supervise the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinate with cross departments such as warehouse, logistics, administration team, and project team.
Sales reporting directly report to the BOD.
Requirements:
Education background min bachelor degree.
Experience as sales manager/sales professional/sales executive from high end products.
Experience as sales manager 5 year.
Good communication skills and fluent in English.
Willing to be place at Alam Sutera, Tangerang/Surabaya.
